Mediation and conflict resolution are good ways to resolve conflict. For example, mediation is a good way to resolve child support and family law issues. In mediation, parties can sit down and have a calm, facilitated, discussion about their respective needs, interests, values and goals. That discussion can help the mediator or conflict resolver find ways to help the parties resolve their issues. Mediators can help in a variety of ways, for example, by helping discuss financial, child support, spousal support, property distribution and other family law and domestic relations issues. |
Mediation training and training in conflict resolution are good ways for attorneys, therapists and others to enhance their skills in working with family conflict and domestic relations issues. Mediation training, including mediator certification and certified mediator training, provide professionals with skills and tools to quickly and easily resolve issues such as child support, family finances, spousal support, property distribution and other family law and domestic relations issues.
